Wallpaper packs –- contain enough decals to create a
patterned wallpaper look on 1- 2 walls of a room, depending on how closely
the decals are placed. * An average room wall is estimated to be 8 feet
tall and 12 feet long.

Modern Wall Graphics stands by the quality of our product. The
materials used are guaranteed by the vinyl manufacturer not to leave
residue on your surfaces, for a minimum of two years.Though Modern Wall
Graphics products are guaranteed not only by MWG, but by the
manufacturer of the adhesive vinyl material, neither party can be liable
for misuse of product by the consumer. Any variation from the explicitly
stated instructions is cause for the consumer to
carry full responsibility.
Modern Wall Graphics does not have control over every imaginable surface that their adhesive graphics can be applied to, so therefore cannot guarantee favorable results in any condition not explicitly referred to on this website or in any literature of the company. The following are various conditions that are beyond the guarantee placed by modern Wall Graphics and the consumer bears full responsibility for:
• If the product is repeatedly applied and removed, so as to lose its adhesive qualities;
Exchanges and Returns
Modern Wall Graphics will honor returns if the product is defective in
some way, such as arrived wrinkled and unusable, or product is
defective, with a credit toward a replacement or toward future
purchases. Simply return the entire product order to our address,
stating the preference you have to replace the item or receive a credit,
and we will promptly credit your account.
Otherwise, due to the custom nature of each order, we cannot do returns, because each order is made to order, so cannot be sure that the decals will be resellable or received back in good condition. To help insure your satisfaction with your order, we will provide a swatch color card and decal sample at your request.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS, unless otherwise specified. The shipping
rate is determined by the weight of the product ordered. You have a
choice of Ground, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Since each order is
produced for each customer, we cannot provide Overnight shipping due to
the need for at least one day of production time.
Please be aware that due to the custom nature of orders, even on 2 or
3 day Select orders, you need to allow for production time, which may be
1-2 days. For large orders (over $500) production time may be 5-7 days.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards
as payment. We will soon be able to take Paypal orders. By paying with a
credit card, you authorize Modern Wall Graphics to charge your credit
card for the total amount of the order including shipping and any
applicable sales tax.
U.S. and Canada Orders
Currently on the website, we only accept orders from the U.S.A. We can
also accept orders from Canada when placed over the phone. But we are
actively working on making our product available throughout the world.
Special Orders
In some cases, we can customize orders even further than listed on the
site. All custom tailored orders are subject to a $10 - $15 charge for
added material, or production time.
Security
Shopping on ModernWallGraphics.com is safe and secure. The site is
tested and certified daily to pass the FBI/SANS Internet Security test.
We use your email, phone number and address exculsively to communicate
with you regarding your order and never distribute your personal
information to other companies.
Taxes
Orders shipped to California addresses will be subject to a 7.75% sales
tax. Tax is calculated on the price of the order.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your
order. This confirmation will contain the details of the items ordered.
You can also access your order history on our site using your account
login. We will also send you a confirmation email for when your order is
shipped.
Discounts and Special Offers
Occasionally ModernWallGraphics.com will offer special promotions. The
best way to take advantage of these specials is to join our email list.
One discount offer can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to
shipping costs.
Redeeming Coupons:
1. On the Shopping Cart page, enter the code exactly how it appears,
into the box labeled “Promo Code”.
2. If your discount qualifies, it will be reflected in the order
