Our shipping prices are not inflated but represent real-time distance rates and charges, and may or may not include postage, taxes, duty, postal insurance and handling charges.

All orders have a processing time approximate to the time stated for that product on every product page, regardless of what type of shipping method that is choosed. So please take this into account when planning your shipping method choice.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the product ordered. We use both UPS and USPS shipping service, so you will have all available shipping options we can accommodate for both of these carriers on your order page. Please choose the best option for you.

Free Shipping Offer

Once your order total reaches $75.00, a free shipping option will be available on your order page. If you choose this option, your order will be processed using 7-day UPS Ground shipping terms. If you want your order to be shipped faster than 7 days, you may choose a different shipping option, but that will regular shipping amount according to the shipping option you choose. Free shipping is reserved for valid U.S. addresses only.


We take every step possible to meet the advertised order and shipping times, to ensure your order is delivered when expected. To achieve this, we maintain the right to make substitutions in the shipping methods to accommodate advertised delivery dates, which can include upgrading your shipping method to a faster one if order processing takes longer, or vice versa.

Express Shipping

We offer express shipping options, but please note: Since each order is produced for each customer, we cannot provide overnight shipping due to the need for at least one day of production time. We offer several shipping options, but all do not reduce production time, so please anticipate production time for each order, regardless of how expedited your shipping option is.

If you have a specific deadline you wish to meet, please note this in the comment box on the order page, and we will let you know if the shipping option will not accommodate this deadline. If you are not contacted by us within 24 hours of order placed, or the next business day, you can assume we can meet your deadline. if you have continued concern, you can always contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you.

International Orders

International orders shipped using Intl First Class Mail will not be trackable and can take 6-14 business days to arrive.
Please allow for this time to elapse before inquiring about delivery status. Orders can get held up at customs, but will in most cases arrive safely to its delivery destination. It may just take the full 14 business days to arrive. Please do not ask us to resend an order until the full time has elapsed, because chances are good that you would receive both orders, and would have to send one back to us. The number listed in the tracking field in your order is a reference number provided by the United States Postal Service, but is not necessarily trackable over international borders. Tracking information is not updated consistently for international shipments, or between international agencies. If there is a delay in shipment, it is typically due to incorrect address information or formatting, and Modern Wall Graphics bears no responsibility for errors entered in the customer online ordering process.

International Duty and Tax Charges

All countries have duty and tax fees that are not included in the cost of us to ship a customer's order. We do not have access to the calculation or governing of these fees, so therefore hold no liability in the incurrence of these fees. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any incurred processing cost for their package to be received by their country. If you are not in the United States, and you want to determine these costs before you order, please contact your local postal service and inquire about this information.
